FIRST AID BRISBANE - BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

First Aid Training with First Aid Brisbane

First Aid Courses both North and South Brisbane

1)            Payment:  
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking request.
  • Our guarantee to you is that once you’re payment is confirmed, your course will go ahead regardless of numbers, “Courses never Cancelled”
  • Payment is confirmation. Course attendance and Invoice/receipt will be sent to the supplied email address. You can also collected one on the day of your course.
  • First Aid Brisbane whilst we empathize that unfortunate circumstances can occur. We cannot be held responsible to ensure individuals turn up to their Booked classes.  This includes correct times and dates.
  • Once course is booked and paid for, It is the Individual participants responsibility to ensure they attend their booked course on the booked date at the correct location, date and the correct time.
  • Like you we understand it takes a lot of organisation to fit in a first aid course, Our trainers also ensure availability and commitment to your training courses and to everyone else that has booked on.
2)            Participants Duty of Disclosure:

If you have any questions about the course you are booking. Physical, learning or language difficulties, any personal additional needs or requirements please discuss this with a staff member prior to making your booking and payment.

It is important that you understand that these should be disclosed or  discussed prior to your booking. This will ensure your requirements can be accommodated within the course,  if possible prior to your course date or class that you are considering booking.

3)            Cancellations/Refunds:

WHILST First Aid Brisbane appreciate that at times unfortunate circumstances occur for individuals and empathize with this. However First Aid Brisbane guarantee to hold your class position once payment has been received and in doing so turn others away. Therefore considerable cost is incurred by First Aid Brisbane when participants wish to alter bookings within such a close time frame to the booked course date.

  • NO REFUNDS with Less than 48 hours’ notice:
    Whilst we empathize with your situation Full cost of the course will be charged.
    (this include individual bookings made within 2 days of course commencement)
  • There are no refunds if you simply change your mind/NO longer require the course you have booked.
  • There are no refunds or transfers once your course date has commenced.
  • There are no refunds on courses that have been previously transferred or rescheduled.
  • Cancellations received in writing with 5 business days notice prior TO YOUR BOOKED course date will enable you to receive a refund less the administration fee from $25.00 please email your request to .info@firstaidbrisbane.com.au
4)            Alterations or Transfers to Bookings:
  • Alterations: Any alterations to your booked course incur an admin fee of $20.00.
  • Transfers: from $20.00 paid prior to the new training date.
  • Transfers:  must be scheduled to be completed within 30 days of original booking/course.
  • Transfer fees are non-refundable.
  • There are no refunds on courses that have been previously transferred or rescheduled.

NOTE: NO substitutions, alterations, refunds or transfers for discounted courses or Saturday $100.00 First Aid/CPR Courses or Saturday $55 CPR course.

5)            Failure to show up on your chosen date:
  • If you fail to show up to your chosen and booked course you will forfeit your entire booking with no refunds.
  • Exceptions are at the discretion and approval of the FAB Administration manager Yvonne@firstaidbrisbane.com.au
  • Early Notification can be made by calling 07 3467 3867 or email info@firstaidbrisbane.com.au  PRIOR to your course if you need to alter your booking. Transfer Fees will be incurred as per policy outline.
6)            Workplace or Group Courses:
  • Booking Forms Completed signed and returned to confirm your booking date.
  • One invoice per group (additional fees will apply for individual invoice requests.
  • Minimum charge for group booking is 5 people per course you are choosing.
  • No refunds for individuals failing to attend a booked/confirmed course.
  • Non Refundable $100.00 deposit to secure a date for your group booking, this amount will be deducted from your final invoice.
7)            Replacement or Additional Certificates:  
  • Replacement/Duplicate per Certificate/course: $20.00 collected or emailed. First aid Brisbane are happy to post your certificate but you will incur additional fee.
8)            Changes to this Policy:
  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion without notification.
9)            Our Responsibilities/Guarantees to you:
  • We Deliver all our courses at a professional standard with duty of care and appropriate training skills for our trainers.
  • Once your course is booked and paid for it will not be cancelled or rescheduled.
  • All our courses meet our RTO training Standards as well as National Training Standards and ASQA Standards.
  • First Aid Brisbane Pty Ltd only employee individual Trainers who personally meet the national VET training requirements these Independent Trainers deliver training and assessment ON BEHALF of the following Registered Training Organisation: PADI Asia Pacific - RTO #6729
