Emergency First
Response Primary Care (CPR) teaches participants how to respond
to life-threatening emergencies.
The course
focuses on primary care through a combination
of knowledge development, skill development and realistic
scenario practice to make sure participants have the confidence
in their ability to provide care when emergency situations
arise. Primary Care (CPR)
skills taught in this course:
This
program also includes the demonstration and use of AED Units
(Automated
External Defibrillation). You can find many of these units
nowadays in Airports, shopping centre's, schools, workplaces and
retirement homes.
They are
becoming a lot more accessible to all individuals so knowing how
to use one is a huge benefit to those participating in our
training programs.
AED units are safe and fool proof anyone can use one who has
been trained to do so, so book your next CPR class with us and
gain the benefits of additional qualifications that you can use
when you are out and about.
You can
also complete CPR courses within our Apply First Aid program or
as above on a individual program.
CPR courses in Brisbane and CPR Training programs are compulsory
within workplace environments and are required to keep your
APPLY FIRST AID certificate current.
In Queensland it is recommended to complete Apply First Aid
(which offer units of competency in a nationally recognized
certification) every 3 years and your CPR which also offers a
nationally recognized certification every 12 months.
