person in contact with low voltage live electrical conductors
and equipment.
This unit partially covers the skills of UEENEEE001A Apply OHS
practices in the workplace from the UEE07 Electro technology
Training Package
It is a requirement of the Electrical Safety
Regulation 2002, contained within the Queensland
Electrical Safety Act 2002 that “An employer must ensure
workers who are required to perform, or help in performing,
electrical work are competent in rescue and resuscitation in
accordance with recognized practices in the electricity
industry.”
