Booking on our courses, you are hereby agreeing to ALL course requirements and cancellation conditions.
Our Guarantee to you:
Once you are booked onto a course or book your group course we will guarantee to you that we will not cancel your course and it will run as scheduled.

§  Courses bookings cannot be confirmed until they are paid in full.

§  Course places cannot be held without payment, full payment is required at time of booking.

§  All cancellations made within 10 working days of course commencement will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

§  Cancellations made prior to 10 working days prior to the course commencement will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.

§  Transfers made prior to the course commencement will not incur a fee administration fee.

§  Transfers made after your course has started may incur a $25.00 transfer fee.

§  After course commencement, failure to attend or complete satisfactorily any course requirement, may result in the student paying additional training costs to complete the course.

§  If the student decides to discontinue the training at any time, there will be no refund.

Workplace or Group Courses:

To receive the  group discount unless otherwise authorized in writing or an approved creditor with our training facility full payment must be received at least 7 working days prior to course date:

There are no refunds for employees that fail to turn up to booked classes or do not complete required components.

We are happy to reschedule those that do not turn up or fail to complete the program on the day of your course at one of our standard classes within 2 weeks of your course date at no additional fee.

Cancellation of course within 7 working days of course date will incur a $200.00 charge which will be deducted from original payment prior to refund.

When booking for a group one receipt is issued to the company or person making the booking: Individual Receipts are not issued.
