Booking on our courses, you are hereby agreeing to ALL course requirements and cancellation conditions.

§  Courses bookings cannot be confirmed until they are paid in full.

§  Course places cannot be held without payment, full payment is required at time of booking.

§  All cancellations made within 5 working days of course commencement will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

§  Cancellations made prior to 5 working days prior to the course commencement will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.

§  Transfers made prior to the course commencement will not incur a fee administration fee.

§  Transfers made after your course has started may incur a $25.00 transfer fee.

§  After course commencement, failure to attend or complete satisfactorily any course requirement, may result in the student paying additional training costs to complete the course.

§  If the student decides to discontinue the training at any time, there will be no refund.
